This was not my first time in Nice. Last time, I was somewhere near Cannes. This time, I came for a wedding project between Nice and Monaco.
I asked Jane to spend a week here with me and celebrate our anniversary on the Côte d’Azur. What could be better than mixing love for the woman you love with love for your craft?
These are the trips I love the most. When there is a reason to create something, photograph a destination wedding, and at the same time discover new places.
You start seeing differently. Feeling differently.
New connections, new people, new places. It all boosts my creativity and inspires me. Every trip helps me outgrow an older version of myself.
That is why travel feels so alive to me.
Nice gave me that feeling again.
A mix of aesthetics, heat, gratitude and pleasant exhaustion.
All of this gives me more love for life, for people, for my work and for my own inner growth.
The process makes me feel fulfilled.
This time, it was hot.
Honestly, too hot.
My previous trip, shooting Coco Rocha on the Cannes Gala red carpet.
Every time, the city touches a different part of me.
The same city, but not the same feeling
